This is a very lovely inexpensive candle with a useful pedestal design. I use the lid to protect my surface! The scent is a very soft vanilla and not strong if you prefer a light scented candle. Two concerns I have encountered (I have four candles) are the wick is not centered in all four and the top label is lifting off on two. Otherwise, a great everyday candle for your home or office.
